- You really need a pasta roller to roll out pasta thin enough.

- When baking cookie on your dashboard, thinner is better. These were too thick by just a little.
- Sugar makes pectin gel. You need low sugar pectin to make low sugar jam. Otherwise you get syrup.
- When your oven is not working, it is possible to bake Jamaican Beef Patties on the grill.
- While giant marshmallows are giant fun, they are also giant mess.
