Things Adoptive Parents Should Know.
Happy New Year!
As an adult adoptee, an adoptive parent, and a strongly opinionated person, I’ve decided this year’s resolution is to start jotting down all my pearly words of wisdom regarding adoption. You’ll notice a new menu link up top where you can see the list grow over the year.
I’m hoping to do one a day for the first week of this new year and then it will probably go weekly. If you’re an adoptee or adoptive parent who would like to add to the list, please contact me. I’d be happy to credit you for your wisdom.
I am looking forward to reading this. We leave for Ethiopia in 2 weeks (eek!!) for a court date for our sweet boy. Thanks for your insight.
