It’s so convenient when the local children’s museum has an entire exhibit on one of your history units. It’s not so convenient when said museum has a three-story climbing structure where your child can get in on the first floor and out on the third floor. I’ve found it’s really important to intentionally meet Ty’s sensory needs throughout the day or we all pay the price. The newest trick is to lay on him while we do our read aloud for the day.
Day 68
We now have 8 people taking Tae Kwon Do. Most Mondays mean 3 hours at the Do Jang so everyone can get to a leveled class. Dinner is usually cereal in the back room. Sometimes it’s ice cream.
