{2013} Christmas Card and Greetings

Photo Card
View the entire collection of cards.

This is the first year in a dozen we (really I) haven’t sent a creative card or letter out.
Bare minimum. A photo card in an envelope.
It’s not that there weren’t really fun things to share like how everyone’s doing at Tae Kwon Do or all the other extracurriculars we’ve bogged ourselves down with enjoyed. It’s just that it’s been a REALLY HARD year; I feel like a happy-go-lucky-end-of-the-year-letter would only be half our story (maybe not even); and it doesn’t seem appropriate to include what really happened. Besides, this blog is really like a living, dynamic, year round Christmas letter.

For those of you who sent visual and written update, we are living the joyous part of the holiday season vicariously through you 🙂

Without further ado, I’ll leave you with two things:
1. Here’s what Facebook had to say about our year.
2. If you missed, my {365} photo project, I took a photo each day for the first year that Kayla and John were in our custody (which was also the first day we met Grace). You can see that collection starting here.

Merry Christmas with love from our family to yours!
