Hat Trick

Since it’s too rainy and cold to actually go to soccer today, I thought we could live vicariously through last week.  It was even rainy and cold. But it was worth it to see this… Then he went on to do it 2 more times…hat trick!

Sunday we had the opportunity to hang out with some friends from church (including another adoptive family) at an authentic Ethiopian Restaurant.  The kids weren’t thrilled at the food selection but it was fun to eat with our hands.   We even had the privilege of witnessing a traditional coffee roasting ceremony.
