As an extrovert, one of the things I love about CC is the community. For me, I’ve been blessed with both a local community and a more virtual one thanks to technology. I’m always surprised to look back and see how much this blog has morphed over the past 8 years. Heck, 8 years ago, it wasn’t even a real blog…just static HTML that told the story of our lives for the out-of-town family. Over the past 9 months or so, I’ve had the privilege of “meeting” many other CC’ers from around the U.S. It’s been so fun to see everyone use their gifts and talents to enhance the CC experience.
One such fellow traveler is Karen at Wisdom and Righteousness. She produces lapbooks that complement the CC memory work. While lapbooks and I continue to have a love/hate relationship, Karen has been gracious enough to let me review hers this year. Maybe she’ll win me over yet!
