What would you do with a plethora of peppers? We’re dehydrating a bunch just so they won’t go bad, but there are plenty more on the plant. They are in the cayenne family and VERY spicy.
We have a bunch, too. Make pepper jelly. My husband uses 15 Thai chilis for a medium hot 12-jar batch and 30 for a super hot batch. I think you can use about any pepper you’d like. Just keep the kids out of the kitchen while you’re chopping them all. The spice fills the room and eyes begin to water and burn. It’s yummy with crackers and cream cheese and makes great gifts.
make chile powder and put it in fudge. don’t laugh, its pretty amazing
