Did you know Kids Bowl Free all summer? I know, kind of late to clue you in now. I had conveniently forgotten about it because we tried a couple times last year and they were times I would rather forget. Me and three kids (one a toddler who had to be strapped to my back) trying to get 6 pound balls down a lane in a timely matter. Forget actually hitting pins…even with bumpers.
Anyway, I thought it would be better this year when my mom asked if we wanted to go with the 6 kids she was in charge of for the day. Yup, 2 adults with 9 kids seemed way more managemable than 1 with 3. Plus we got there early enough to bowl duckpin. Way more kid-friendly.
I would post more pictures but most of them were of other people’s kids. People who may not want their kids’ faces plastered all over the internet. Besides, the lighting in a bowling alley is…let’s just say…less than ideal.
